DMI capital OÜ is counting another year of success. The company is active in whole sale of defense goods and military equipment, production of modular houses, investments and property development. Since 2017 total turnover of DMI Capital owned companies exceeded 35 million euros.
The company is an active member of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Estonian Defense and Aerospace Industry. The company’s production activities are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. In 2024 the company launched new branches in Iceland and Spain.

DMI capital OÜ is an active player in a private household, hotels and Seniors house development projects in Lithuania.
In 2022 the company renovated a 70 beds hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and lakes in Molėtai, Lithuania.
In 2023 the company invested in the construction of 38 private houses project in closed and guarded neighborhood near Vilnius, Lithuania.
In 2024 the company started the “Senior’s house” project development in Molėtai, Lithuania.
In 2024 the company launched new branches in Iceland and Spain to start investments in construction and rent of summerhouses, hotels, one family and residential apartment buildings.
