In 2022 the company renovated a 70 beds hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and lakes in Molėtai, Lithuania.

In 2023 the company invested in the construction of 38 private houses project in closed and guarded neighborhood near Vilnius, Lithuania.

In 2024 the company started the “Senior’s house” project development in Molėtai, Lithuania.

In 2024 the company launched new branches in Iceland and Spain to start investments in construction and rent of summerhouses, hotels, one family and residential apartment buildings.
